Intinor can indeed be used to stream signals globaly using SRT / BiFrost or RIST. Yourside usually prefers to use SRT (YourSide is a SRT Alliance Partner) to do the distribution. To be able to provide global coverage we have partnered with GLOBALM as the distribution network making sure that bandwidth across the world is available for your stream making sure your contribution is streamed flawlessly. To see if we can provide an relayable alternative to your current (satellite or Fiber) network  feel free to get in contact.

yes this is very well possible. The Starlink Internet network allows you to get access to the internet virtually anywhere. The bandwidth you will be getting depends on your location and Subscription. But both the Aviwest PROxxx units we have for rental as the Intinor systems work very well together with Starlink. In general we use Starlink in conjunction with 4G / 5G to be redundant over multiple networks. The nice thing of using the Starlink is that this is a flat-rate subscription and depending on your provider 4G/5G might not be. this way you save money on data by offloading traffic to starlink. YourSide was one of the first to test with starlink for broadcast applications and thus has a lot of hands on experience with using this  sort of links. In 2021 we already wrote about this on our website.

Wel first of al thanks for renting with us :-), then regarding the Ports on your firewall. To make things easy we created a little list of ports needed to make the stream-hub work with the Wireless 4G/5G transmitters coming in and sending video. Please find the list below:

Stream Hub Ports
Type Inbound OutBound
TCP 7900 7900
UDP 7900-7910 7900-7910
TCP 8884
TCP 9000-9100
UDP 9000-9100
UDP 20400-20432
When a Databridge Connection is needed on the ProXXX (internet) then its advised to open all ports outbound
so that the client on the other side can access the internet.

If you also want to connect to SRT listeners the ports related to those listeners need to be opened outbound next to the once mentioned up here. If you are the listener for these SRT connections those ports need to be opened inbound  for those connections.

If you like some assistance with this to setup feel free to get in contact we are happy to help.

Yes – A lot of the software options are available to be rented what is important in this the compatibility with your hardware. With this we mean that you need to have sufficient resources like CPU and memory but also sufficient IO for SDI in and or output.

Please note that for some licenses it might be needed to reboot the system after activating / deactivating the licenses. And some might even require the system to be reset to factory defaults.

To get accurate pricing and to check if a software option can be rented for your system get in touch.

Yes RTS ODIN / OMNEO does support both DANTE and AES67. Dante it supports by default. you can route streams from and to the intercom via Dante controller.  To enable AES67 you need to enable the port from IPedit by ticking the box for “ST-2110 Enable”. After doing so and submitting the config to the Device you will be able to configure the port for AES67 compatibility from Dante controller to set the Multicast IP range. Also the AES67 multicast streamgroups then need to be made in Dante Controller. If you like assistance with this feel free to contact us.
