Intinor can indeed be used to stream signals globaly using SRT / BiFrost or RIST. Yourside usually prefers to use SRT (YourSide is a SRT Alliance Partner) to do the distribution. To be able to provide global coverage we have partnered with GLOBALM as the distribution network making sure that bandwidth across the world is available for your stream making sure your contribution is streamed flawlessly. To see if we can provide an relayable alternative to your current (satellite or Fiber) network  feel free to get in contact.

yes this is very well possible. The Starlink Internet network allows you to get access to the internet virtually anywhere. The bandwidth you will be getting depends on your location and Subscription. But both the Aviwest PROxxx units we have for rental as the Intinor systems work very well together with Starlink. In general we use Starlink in conjunction with 4G / 5G to be redundant over multiple networks. The nice thing of using the Starlink is that this is a flat-rate subscription and depending on your provider 4G/5G might not be. this way you save money on data by offloading traffic to starlink. YourSide was one of the first to test with starlink for broadcast applications and thus has a lot of hands on experience with using this  sort of links. In 2021 we already wrote about this on our website.

Yes – A lot of the software options are available to be rented what is important in this the compatibility with your hardware. With this we mean that you need to have sufficient resources like CPU and memory but also sufficient IO for SDI in and or output.

Please note that for some licenses it might be needed to reboot the system after activating / deactivating the licenses. And some might even require the system to be reset to factory defaults.

To get accurate pricing and to check if a software option can be rented for your system get in touch.

This means that when Linking Dante devices to your Intercom setup you need to put the Dante device you want to attach in to AES67 compatibility mode. Don’t forget to also set the Multicast range correctly and to create a AES67 audio group with the correct audio channels. after doing this you can use Dante controller to route to the Intinor and Route from the Intinor. Intinor Receivers and Senders need a few ports to beable to send / receive signals.

For management of the Units its needed that the units have a few ports open outbound:

TCP+UDP port 22017 out towards 213.88.187.74 and 213.115.198.69
TCP port 9022 out towards 213.88.187.74 and 213.115.198.69
TCP port 443 out towards www.intinor.com

For security purposes you can choose to only open the mentioned ports to the IP addresses mentioned. The Other option is to open it up to “The World” This is up to you and your Firewall Administrator. For inbound ports its mostly your Choice what ports (UDP or TCP) you wish to use. By default systems are configured to use UDP / TCP port 6000 to 8000 in bundles of 10. You Need to open up the ports you need on the correct sides. If you need assistance Feel free to contact YourSide Support.
