With this product you get our fullest attention and we provide for a skilled engineer onsite to provide the highest grade of service possible. The engineers can be asked to perform installation-al work or to provide repair / support for a project. Please not that if the Engineer needs to travel the costs are not included and will be charged after. (Hotel / Sejour / Airline-tickets or other travel related costs are not included.)
