To cover the event comprehensively, we deployed two fully-equipped mobile production units, tailored to handle both the dynamic live feeds and on-demand content needs of the festival. Our mobile setups allowed us to remain agile and responsive, capturing every moment across multiple stages and festival zones with broadcast-level quality.
To ensure a robust and reliable infrastructure, we leveraged Broadcast Gear Fiber Muxes, which gave us the flexibility and bandwidth to move video, audio, and control signals seamlessly across the sprawling event grounds. This fiber backbone enabled a streamlined setup, quick deployment, and flawless real-time production workflows.
Communication across the crew and camera teams was critical, especially in a live event environment. To maintain crystal-clear intercom across the entire venue, we deployed a combination of RTS Odin and RTS OMS intercom systems, integrated with wireless belt packs to ensure mobility without sacrificing clarity. This system provided uninterrupted coverage and smooth coordination between the production team, directors, and camera operators throughout the event.
All video content, including multi-cam recordings and isolated feeds, was archived directly to a 12TB NAS solution, ensuring fast access and secure storage for post-production, archival, and client delivery.
