YourSide Broadcast Assistance successfully handles the registration of FreedomVibes – 80 Years of Liberation Eindhoven

On September 18, YourSide Broadcast Assistance had the honor of playing a key role in the registration of the FreedomVibes event, celebrating 80 years of Eindhoven’s liberation. This impressive event, organized by Stichting 18 September and Stichting Freedom Vibes 040, brought the city together to commemorate and celebrate, and we are proud to have contributed to the live broadcast of this special occasion.

A technical challenge with perfect results

For the registration of this event, we employed a versatile setup consisting of five cameras, capturing the event from various angles. Our technical approach was designed to capture every detail of the festivities, allowing viewers to experience the event in an immersive way.

A wireless camera provided maximum flexibility and mobility, allowing us to seamlessly switch between different scenes at the venue.
Using a scanner crane, we introduced dynamic movements and provided unique wide-angle shots, beautifully showcasing the scale and atmosphere of the event.

In addition, two cameras were connected to our OB truck via Haivision Aviwest. This state-of-the-art technology ensured a reliable and stable connection, enabling real-time footage transmission. This allowed us to create a flawless live experience for the broadcaster and the viewing audience.

Live broadcast for Studio 040

The camera feed was directly provided to Studio 040, allowing the event to be broadcast live on TV. Thanks to our reliable technology and well-organized production, the live registration went smoothly, enabling viewers at home to enjoy the event in full. The combination of our technical expertise and advanced equipment ensured that every important moment, from performances to speeches, was perfectly captured.
